Your Past is a Chapter, Not the Whole Story
Transitioning back into society shouldn't be a journey you take alone. We provide the tools, and community support tailored specifically for the wisdom and strength of older women.
Who We Are
We are a group of older women with lived experience of incarceration, health professionals, and researchers who are committed to improving older women's health after incarceration.
Our mission is to empower formerly incarcerated older women to reclaim their futures through a foundation of health, dignity and community. We are dedicated to providing the specialized resources and advocacy needed to navigate healthy aging, ensuring every woman has access to the physical, mental, and preventive care required to thrive in her second act. Concomitantly, we aim to increase awareness, means, and opportunities for women after incarceration and their families to partner with clinicians and researchers to find solutions to the health problems that matter to them most.
What We Do
From securing stable housing to navigating modern healthcare, we bridge the gap between incarceration and independence. Access curated resources designed specifically for the needs of the formerly incarcerated women.
